She made me feel incredibly at ease, especially during the Brazilian. Now, I rely on her for all my waxing needs - brows, armpits, Brazilian, and legs. She even enhances my brows with dye and tints/curls my lashes, and she nails it every time! I couldn't be happier and wholeheartedly recommend her!

I have frequented Waxing The City Kirkland for about a year and a half now. Initially, I tried different waxing professionals as I was new to the experience and had no specific preference. I was always satisfied - each professional adjusted the waxing to my comfort level, pausing when necessary, etc. As I became a regular, I started booking appointments with Emily Kane exclusively - she is exceptional at her craft, and we have enjoyable conversations during the session (which makes the time fly by). I highly recommend this establishment to anyone, whether new or experienced in waxing! They are dependable, prioritize customer service, and possess extensive knowledge in their field (Emily not only waxes me but also provides skincare tips based on her observations - for me, it's about moisturizing more frequently and general care practices that have proven effective for her and others). Furthermore, I am aware of their additional services like lash lifts/tints. While I haven't tried this service personally, there is no one I trust more than WTC. Their dedication to customers is consistently demonstrated.
