I was present from 2:00 in the afternoon until 10:45 at night because she kept adding more steps and letting it sit for longer periods. She damaged most of the ends of my hair by reapplying bleach to already bleached areas and not focusing on the roots/hairline. She insisted the bleach was only 20 volume and would lift evenly. Midway through, when it wasn't lifting, she roughly wiped off all the bleach with a wet towel, then reapplied bleach and lightener AGAIN to my already damaged hair, put the foil back on, and placed me under the dryer! She also tried to prevent the bleach from spreading onto the rest of my hair by inserting perm cotton rope between the foils. Then, without informing me, she started applying dark color to the remaining unhighlighted hair. Finally, after rinsing everything out, she did not want to dry my hair, and I had to INSIST on it being dried so I could see the color.
