My sibling, my parent, and I visited this place for permanent jewelry for my parent's birthday. Most exceptional salon experience ever! The proprietor fitted and sized the jewelry with such patience and warmth! My sibling and I even acquired an additional bracelet on the spot because everything was so comfortable! The merchandise in this establishment is exceptional and reasonably priced. I visited this store twice, but both times there was no staff present. I spent over 20 minutes in the store each time, calling out for assistance. Despite the store being open, I could clearly hear voices coming from another room. The door was ajar, lights were on, and music was playing. I made multiple calls to the store on those days, but received no answer even though it was during business hours. Saucha stands out as one of the premier salons in NEPA. I've been a loyal client of Cindy, the owner, for over 15 years. Her work reflects her exceptional standards, and this quality extends to her team as well. While the prices may be slightly higher than other salons in the area, the results are well worth it.
