I invested $250 in sew-in extensions. Initially, a consultation assured me of beautiful results. However, another hairdresser noted improper installation, causing visible stitches/scabs at my part line. The mix of fake and real hair was glaringly different. The black closure clashed with my brown and blond hair. Despite attempts to fix it, the outcome remained unsatisfactory. When asked about the final look, the response lacked assurance, contrary to the initial promise. Upon requesting my original hair back, the hairdresser falsely claimed to have returned it. The manager refused a partial refund and showed no interest in my concerns.
