My aunt's foiled hair highlights turned out orange. How can one fail at such a basic task? Proper highlighting is not difficult. Using a higher volume developer and a toner would have prevented this mishap!

Avoid this location at all costs. Found a cooler on a shelf with other coolers marked at 29.99, but the one I wanted from the same shelf scanned at 49.99. No price on the cooler or the shelf, and it was the only one in the store. They should have honored the price on the label. Very disappointing experience.
