The service was really good, but we encountered some issues with scheduling. We called four days in advance to book appointments for three foot massages at the same time, and they confirmed everything was set. However, when we arrived, our appointments were not in the system. My friend ended up waiting for 30 minutes on the side while we got our massages.
It's important to communicate clearly about the pressure you prefer during the massage. One therapist left me feeling bruised, while the next one applied too much pressure until I had to speak up.
