The service was really good, but we encountered some issues with scheduling. We called four days in advance to book appointments for three foot massages at the same time, and they confirmed everything was set. However, when we arrived, our appointments were not in the system. My friend ended up waiting for 30 minutes on the side while we got our massages. It's important to communicate clearly about the pressure you prefer during the massage. One therapist left me feeling bruised, while the next one applied too much pressure until I had to speak up. They are open to adjusting based on your preferences, so don't hesitate to let them know. They often check in with questions like "Is this okay?" - be honest with your feedback! Apart from the scheduling and pressure issues, the staff were extremely polite, pleasant, and the place was clean too.
Oh my goodness! I had a nasty fall the other day and my back was in agony with spasms all over. I decided to treat myself to a foot and body massage. The prices were reasonable, and let me tell you, I've never experienced a massage quite like this before. I felt like a brand new person afterwards, I even had to give the therapist a hug.
I had never tried a foot massage before, so I didn't know what to expect. I opted for the 60-minute foot massage and was pleasantly surprised by all the additional treatments included! Starting with a soothing head, face, and neck massage to help me relax, then moving on to the foot massage itself, it was absolutely incredible. The staff were friendly, the place was spotless. And to top it off, they even gave a quick neck and back massage to gently wake me up. It was a perfect experience! I reside in Fresno and I will definitely be bringing my family here.
