I really didn't want to have to leave this feedback, but unfortunately, I had a terrible experience here. I arrived for a 12:00 appointment for a gel manicure at 11:45. I didn't leave until 1:10 with what might be the worst manicure I've ever had. Initially, I requested a simple design (a flower on one nail) and was informed that no one could do it. I accepted that and received a plain manicure, hoping it would turn out well. I have attached photos of the disappointing outcome. I feel like I wasted $40 and could have done a better job myself.
I visited yesterday for a regular manicure, and the manicurist unexpectedly cut my nails short. Prior to the manicure, I had beautiful, long, pointy nails, but now they are short, square, and unappealing. The manicurist didn't inquire about the desired shape until after it was done. Typically, after the first nail is cut, the manicurist shows you and asks if the length is satisfactory. The whole process felt rushed and left me very disappointed.
Avoid this place. I had my nails done for my wedding, but they only lasted a week. When I returned today, they were too busy to assist me in removing them. Now my once healthy nails are ruined. After some discussion, they reluctantly agreed to partially refund me. They handed me a bowl of acetone to soak my nails in. Not a great experience. One nail completely popped off, and two others lifted badly. Let's not even talk about my toe polish. All this after just one week. I've never experienced this before.
