I really didn't want to have to leave this feedback, but unfortunately, I had a terrible experience here. I arrived for a 12:00 appointment for a gel manicure at 11:45. I didn't leave until 1:10 with what might be the worst manicure I've ever had. Initially, I requested a simple design (a flower on one nail) and was informed that no one could do it. I accepted that and received a plain manicure, hoping it would turn out well. I have attached photos of the disappointing outcome. My deep tissue massage with Elias was exceptional. He adeptly applied the perfect amount of pressure to ensure my comfort. I also suffer from TMJ, and he skillfully worked through all my muscle tension. I will definitely be returning! Riley, the front desk staff, was also fantastic.
