**Update they called me back and offered me a discounted refill **
THEY LITERALLY BURNED MY FACE!!!! I visited for a face wax, and the individual did not check the temperature, resulting in burns on my face. Despite this, they denied responsibility and suggested using vitamin e oil, which did not prevent scarring. I now have multiple scars on my face due to this establishment. I strongly advise against going here; I had to pursue legal action as a result.
