My hair got severely burnt, losing its natural curl. I observed thinning and had to cut a significant amount due to the unnatural look caused by excessive heat styling. Now, I must focus on regrowing my hair from the damage incurred.
Nani and team are friendly, but not all have equal training in heat styling. The individual who styled my hair neglected to use any protection throughout (roller set, blow dry, flatiron). Nani intervened and applied protection spray, but the damage was already done, leaving a slight burnt smell. It has been years since I last had a blowout, and now, post-wash, my hair appears limp and damaged. I feel especially sorry for the young lady styled before me (preparing for prom); her hair barely moved after the intense heat, ending up stiffly straight. If the owner isn't handling your hair, consider leaving or be prepared to closely supervise whoever does (especially with fine hair).
Highly professional establishment. Exceptional service at reasonable prices. I endorse any of the hairdressers; they are all fantastic.
