The facility appears spotlessly clean and the staff exudes professionalism. Alex was incredibly reassuring in their approach, which was greatly appreciated as I tend to feel anxious around needles. Their clear explanations immediately put me at ease. The session went exceptionally well, I didn't experience any discomfort at all. Alex also went above and beyond by offering various complimentary items for new clients like myself.
