I encountered two dreadful incidents. Firstly, during a wash and set, the stylist, engrossed in a conversation with my mom about haircuts, began cutting my hair without my consent. Luckily, I pulled away in time, but now I have a strange patch of chopped hair. Giving it another chance, I requested keratin treatment. They applied the keratin to wet hair, despite my pointing out that it's not the standard procedure. The stylist insisted there are various methods. She didn't even section my hair properly for application. When the chemical heat started bothering my eyes and throat, I had to use a wet towel to breathe. I inquired about formaldehyde in their product, and although she denied it, she refused to show me the bottle. After the treatment, she confidently claimed I would return praising the results, but that's not the case. Following instructions not to wet my hair for three days, it reverted to its original state after a volleyball game on the sixth day. I am at a loss for words and frustrated before an upcoming trip. I share this to caution against chemical treatments at this establishment. Stick to basic services like wash and set or nail care; for advanced treatments, seek a professional elsewhere.

I had the worst hair ordeal ever! I entered this salon asking for keratin treatment. They only washed my hair twice, leaving it not fully clean. The keratin was applied while spraying water on my hair. They told me to return in a week for a wash and set, but my hair did not turn out as expected. I spent $200 on a terrible job. I highly advise against coming here and wasting money on unprofessional individuals freely using chemicals on your hair.
