I had my first experience with eyelash extensions, a facial, and waxing at Chen's Skincare and Spa yesterday, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The service far surpassed my expectations. Contrary to some reviews, everyone was courteous and professional, the establishment was impeccably clean, and the tools and products used were on par with those found in high-end spas I've visited before. My lashes turned out perfect, and my skin is glowing. I've already booked my next appointment. The facility appears spotlessly clean and the staff exudes professionalism. Alex was incredibly reassuring in their approach, which was greatly appreciated as I tend to feel anxious around needles. Their clear explanations immediately put me at ease. The session went exceptionally well, I didn't experience any discomfort at all. Alex also went above and beyond by offering various complimentary items for new clients like myself.
