I had my first experience with eyelash extensions, a facial, and waxing at Chen's Skincare and Spa yesterday, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The service far surpassed my expectations. Contrary to some reviews, everyone was courteous and professional, the establishment was impeccably clean, and the tools and products used were on par with those found in high-end spas I've visited before. My lashes turned out perfect, and my skin is glowing. I've already booked my next appointment. Impressed by the powerful music system that made me feel the bass in my seat and reverberate through the floor. Accessing the venue was quick and effortless, with helpful staff guiding me to my seat. Ample assistance was available throughout, and the parking lot was conveniently priced at $10.

The facility appears spotlessly clean and the staff exudes professionalism. Alex was incredibly reassuring in their approach, which was greatly appreciated as I tend to feel anxious around needles. Their clear explanations immediately put me at ease. The session went exceptionally well, I didn't experience any discomfort at all.
