I visited there last evening after my shift to get a refill and gel polish, nothing fancy just a plain color. My nail technician was friendly and we chatted, however, I felt like my service was rushed as it was nearing 6:30 when they finished and they close at 7. I requested black polish. The first bottle was too watery. The second bottle seemed too thick. She ended up applying multiple coats and the top coat. I noticed her glancing at my thumb several times, but I couldn't figure out why from my angle. When I got home and showered, my thumb's nail polish began to peel off, exposing that all the layers underneath were still wet. Less than 24 hours later, four of my nails' polish has peeled off. I have to keep checking to ensure it's not smudging on my clothes or my fingers because I can smell the polish from my peeling nails. I will be going back after work this evening to have this rectified!
I relocated to Indianapolis a year and a half ago and this is absolutely the finest nail salon in town. I tend bar so I'm quite tough on my nails, yet I never encounter any issues with my acrylics breaking or chipping. They always accommodate my wild ideas and execute them perfectly every time. I've tried almost all of the nail technicians here and they are all warm and welcoming. Give them a try!
