I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and customer service at this Great Clips location. Despite being a long-time customer at various states, this store stands out as the worst. The stylist seemed indifferent to my preferences and lacked proper scissor skills. How am I supposed to provide feedback on the cut on my back if she doesn't show me with a mirror? She was impolite, accidentally hurt me with the scissors, and had the audacity to question if I had ever cut my own hair. The store itself was unclean and lacked proper hygiene. I have decided to never return to this place again.
02/05/2024: I experienced a truly absurd situation today. Upon entering, I was informed that they were only accepting cash as they had no funds in the register and were attempting to gather cash! When I expressed my confusion, the lady nonchalantly mentioned that they had unplugged the credit card reader. I promptly left. ————————— When it comes to my hair, I prefer simplicity. Great Clips has always been my go-to for haircuts, and this particular location has met my expectations. I have never left with a bad haircut.
The hairdresser who attended to me today lacked any warmth and rushed through the haircut. Not once did she inquire about how my day was or engage in any conversation. I may not be one for small talk, but a simple friendly gesture would have been appreciated. While I have been a loyal customer of Great Clips for a while, I will not be returning to that specific location.
