First time at this spot since I often visit the one on the west side of Chicago more. Dropped by today. Scheduled an appointment for 12:45pm after calling at 12:15pm so they could accommodate myself and my sibling right away. Got in and were promptly seated. The atmosphere here is simply more refined than the one on the opposite side of town. The chairs were incredibly cozy. We opted for our usual powder dip nails. Both of us came in and presented the ladies with our references. Pa was able to almost perfectly match my polish to the photo example I showed her. My accent nail looks stunning. Left today feeling very content and will definitely return for another session! Thank you!
the worst service i’ve ever experienced. the person who did my nails was incredibly impolite, she added on so much extra cost because she assumed I was attending a formal event. it totaled $235 and $135 of that was for my nails. I paid $80 for my toes and left a tip. my toenails were completely ruined and when I tried to politely explain that the color she applied on my toes was incorrect, she responded with extreme rudeness. In the images I attached, you can see what I requested and what I received. She used the wrong shade and did not apply the French tips. Additionally, after I declined having tips on my acrylic toenails, she still did it and charged me for it! I clearly stated that I wanted exactly what was in the picture and this is what I ended up with... then later called me to demand an extra $80 after I had already paid my bill. I will never return here.
They did an exceptional job on my nails today. I appreciate the attention to detail and the craftsmanship. All the staff members are extremely professional and truly fantastic. Thank you, and I will definitely be returning from now on.
