My friend's nails turned out stunning and her nail technician was very sweet and patient. On the other hand, I had a more reserved nail artist who only commented that "your nails are too short," which made me feel embarrassed. He applied too much polish on my cuticles and left it on my fingertips. Paying $40 plus tip for a rushed and rude service was disappointing. The color options were also quite limited. I might return hoping to get the same nail tech as my friend had!
My nails were in a terrible state and not what I had asked for, and they refused to fix them. The prices were also exorbitant. EDIT: This review is genuine, I just used a different name because the staff is incredibly rude to customers. The prices were indeed outrageous; I was charged an extra $10 for the exact same set I had two weeks prior, and then was compelled to tip 15%, which amounted to $15. They absolutely declined to rectify the situation; I was informed that I needed to pay for a new full set.
I always enjoy my time getting my nails done here! Kat and the rest of the staff are incredibly friendly and personable. My nails always look fantastic because they really take their time.
