The nail salon I've been loyal to for years unexpectedly shut down about a month ago, and their phone line is disconnected. I'm devastated by this sudden closure and the lack of communication with their regular clients. Trish, the nail artist there, always delivered exceptional results and was incredibly kind.
I've been a regular at this nail salon for over 2 years now. The nail artist, Sam, is truly exceptional! She always manages to make my nails look stunning, no matter the design I request. I once had to visit a different salon while she was away, and it was a regrettable experience. I only trust Sam with my nails. She always accommodates me, even on short notice, and her talent and friendly demeanor never cease to amaze me!
Just got my nails done today. The technician who worked on my nails did an excellent job and was very pleasant. I deducted a star because the original technician assigned to me was quite rude. Despite the language barrier, I could sense the negative energy. Other than that, I'm satisfied with my nails.
