The scheduling is less than ideal. I requested an appointment a week ago and only received confirmation today for an appointment tomorrow. I opted to go elsewhere since I hadn't received confirmation, but in Vagaro (the booking platform), you can't cancel until it's accepted. Additionally, you must reschedule or cancel within 72 hours. My appointment was approved just over 24 hours before the scheduled time.
This was just moments after having my brow lamination service, so I'll return with an updated photo. It was my first time trying BL, and I absolutely adore the outcome. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Candice (book her!!) really dedicated her time to enhance my eyebrows. There was a slight mix-up as I arrived with unruly brows 😩, and although she cleaned them up, I wasn't aware that the waxing to tidy them was an additional cost. She kindly refunded me for that service, even though the work was completed. LET THIS BE A LESSON LOL, tidy up or you'll pay 😂. The studio was impeccably clean and charming. Candice was incredibly kind, and her customer service was top-notch. She was gentle and meticulous in all her actions. Even the stubborn brows she plucked didn't hurt as much as if I had done it myself lol. I felt very at ease during the process and left extremely pleased with the results. THANK YOU CANDICE!
Svenja is remarkable!! My eyebrows are fabulous. They're the finest and forthright with suggestions or advice. I would highly recommend her without hesitation.
