I have known Daniel for over 20 years he is always been an amazing caring patient professional in his craft his work in the United States has been always magnificent I take my mother there every couple of months and she loves the way Daniel does her hair as a matter of fact she wouldn't want to go anywhere else she even fusses in me to make sure that I make her appointment. The scheduling is less than ideal. I requested an appointment a week ago and only received confirmation today for an appointment tomorrow. I opted to go elsewhere since I hadn't received confirmation, but in Vagaro (the booking platform), you can't cancel until it's accepted. Additionally, you must reschedule or cancel within 72 hours. Oh my goodness, what amazing customer service! My sibling and I were searching for a last-minute nail salon. Everywhere we checked only offered either acrylics or pedicures separately, which was a letdown. As we were heading home, we spotted Paul outside his shop and inquired if they were still taking clients. Despite closing in 5 minutes, he welcomed us in. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. I've found my new go-to nail place. Nisha was truly exceptional!!! I cannot fully convey how caring and considerate she was, and the amount of laughter we shared during the appointment. She offered valuable advice on maintaining the health of my natural hair and prolonging the silk press. Surprisingly, my silk press is still flawless in its second week, despite traveling to a different nation, dealing with humidity, and the daily routine. Stephanie W. worked on my silk press and hair cut, rescuing my hair from a state of severe loss and damage. She accommodated me as a walk-in, even on short notice, and did an amazing job. I was thrilled with how my hair turned out. Additionally, they are affiliated with "M" Beauty Co, which is a bonus.
