I made an appointment through their website, which was user-friendly and efficient. Arrived a few minutes early at 2:40pm for my 2:45 appointment. Upon entering, I noticed the barber was engaged with another client. I waited in the waiting area for quite some time, overhearing their conversation about various topics, including Star Trek series plots. It seemed like there was more chatting than actual barbering happening. After 25 minutes, they finally passed by me without acknowledging my presence and continued their conversation outside. It was now 30 minutes past my appointment time, and I felt invisible. Eventually, they said their goodbyes, and the barber walked away without a word. As I headed to my car, I saw her vaping on the street corner. Not a professional experience overall.
