I have had the joy of having Katie Kittell as my hair stylist for over 16 years! I moved with her as she built her career and has found a home at Bhava.
I always receive wonderful customer service from a friendly hello when I enter to completing my appointment with meeting any needs like booking another appointment or purchasing products.
I am incredibly grateful to Katie and her talent for color and always making my short hair look great, and her friendship! I am also grateful for the shampoo crew, particularly Valerie who is fun to chat with and great at relaxing me with her hand massages.
The only negative is the cost, but the salon has been working on a system to make their services more cost effective.
