Helen is amazing! She is not only sweet but also efficient in doing nails that last for weeks and look fantastic!
I recently had a gel filling and pedicure at this salon. When I mentioned my latex allergy to the man who welcomed me, he assured me it would be okay. However, the technician assigned to me for the pedicure showed me latex gloves, and when I mentioned my allergy, she refused to continue the service. There were no signs indicating they couldn't accommodate latex allergies, nor did the man inform me about the lack of latex-free gloves. The way I was treated, including a sarcastic remark from another employee, made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. I paid for the gel filling but decided not to return due to the poor experience. Customers should never be made to feel bad about their allergies. This is not the place to go if you have a latex allergy and expect respectful treatment.
