I purchased a package of laser hair removal sessions, expecting a diode laser, but it wasn't. Some appointments had me waiting over 50 minutes. Once, I was undressed in the laser room, only to be asked to leave because someone else was ahead. This unprofessionalism upset me greatly. Despite this, I completed all sessions, but the laser didn't remove even 50% of the hair. I do not recommend this place at all.
