Valerie is our favorite. Her customer service skills are top-notch. I only trust her to do my eyebrows.
I needed a last-minute haircut and most salons were fully booked. Luckily, Super Cuts had availability. I got a refreshing shampoo and haircut, and my hair looks fantastic now! The manager/stylist, Valerie, was incredibly friendly and skilled.
I went in to have my son's Afro shaped up. The salon was empty, and so was the parking lot. The woman at the salon was pleasant until my son walked in. Despite the "No Waiting" sign, she suddenly asked if he had an appointment, claiming she had a full schedule of online bookings and couldn't fit him in. It was clear she was being dishonest. If you don't want to work with black hair, then you shouldn't be in this profession. I received no service, only discrimination for my son. I will be warning the black community about the racism present at this establishment.
