I simply requested a change of toe polish due to my diabetes, as my feet are highly sensitive. It seemed as though they were displeased because I wasn't opting for a full pedicure, resulting in a terrible experience. They persistently pushed for additional services like eyebrow treatments, displaying a lack of professionalism. Moreover, they engaged in derogatory conversations about Black individuals in their native language (Korean).
