Since the arrival of new staff, and the presentation of a united team, there has been a significant improvement. I appreciate that the clinic has recruited individuals who are passionate about their roles! I had heard about Dr. Ako before his arrival, and scheduled an appointment with him. I believe he is fantastic!! He actively listens, and is not hesitant to investigate until he identifies the issue. He once called me very early in the morning, requesting me to come in for additional blood work. He was concerned as my levels were low! This level of care was unprecedented for me! Between him and his nurse, Melissa, they have provided exceptional care. Better than the 8/9 years I have been a patient at this clinic! Additionally, the rest of the staff are now more welcoming, and more team members are remaining at the clinic. I no longer feel apprehensive about visiting. I appreciate the more professional appearance with new uniforms, and the recent addition of a patient coordinator. Please continue the positive changes you have initiated in the hospital district!
