I've been a loyal customer of this brand for years, but this visit left me feeling uneasy. During my facial, I sensed that everyone was watching as it was performed. I struggled to relax, despite it being one of the best facials I've ever had. While Destiny and Brittany were friendly and helpful, the overall atmosphere didn't allow me to feel at ease. I won't be returning to this particular location.
