I must share my experience, though not pleasant. Initial visit lacked warmth, yet pedicure was satisfactory. Despite this, we returned. However, recent visit left much to be desired. Service lacked enthusiasm. Tool mishap left foot numb for weeks. Manicure barely lasted a week. Appointment with doctor scheduled. Proceed with caution.

Complete disregard for customers. Communication solely in Vietnamese, excluding others. Unpleasant demeanor, requiring repeated inquiries for answers. Prices not displayed, met with hostility when questioned. Fair pricing, but lacking professionalism and courtesy.
