I have been a loyal customer of this salon for over three years, always booking my appointments with Anna. While I appreciate Anna's excellent service, I have had some concerning experiences that I feel compelled to share. About a year ago, I had a pedicure that resulted in a severe allergic reaction on my toes. The skin around my toenails became red, swollen, and itchy, eventually peeling and cracking. Despite my discomfort, I did not address this issue with the salon. Recently, I have experienced a similar reaction on my fingernails after getting acrylic nails and shellac done. The itching, burning, swelling, and peeling around the nail bed have been consistent and troubling. I suspect it may be a reaction to the products used during the manicures. Unfortunately, these reactions have led me to reconsider my patronage of this salon.

I must share my experience, though not pleasant. Initial visit lacked warmth, yet pedicure was satisfactory. Despite this, we returned. However, recent visit left much to be desired. Service lacked enthusiasm. Tool mishap left foot numb for weeks. Manicure barely lasted a week. Appointment with doctor scheduled. Proceed with caution.
