I have been a loyal customer of this salon for over three years, always booking my appointments with Anna. While I appreciate Anna's excellent service, I have had some concerning experiences that I feel compelled to share. About a year ago, I had a pedicure that resulted in a severe allergic reaction on my toes. The skin around my toenails became red, swollen, and itchy, eventually peeling and cracking. Despite my discomfort, I did not address this issue with the salon. Recently, I have experienced a similar reaction on my fingernails after getting acrylic nails and shellac done. The itching, burning, swelling, and peeling around the nail bed have been consistent and troubling. I suspect it may be a reaction to the products used during the manicures. Unfortunately, these reactions have led me to reconsider my patronage of this salon.
I visited this salon a few days ago and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was friendly, skilled, and efficient. They provided a great service and I will definitely be returning.
I visited this establishment for the first time yesterday and I must say, it was a disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I noticed that there was only one nail technician working on one client. The second technician arrived about 45 minutes later, after the first technician had already started on my nails. I learned that the first technician's dog had recently passed away, which was a sad situation. When the second technician arrived, they rushed through my nails without paying much attention. They chatted with each other while working, and when more customers arrived, I was left with just one technician working on my nails. The eyebrow waxing was extremely painful, with the technician going beyond my natural lines and causing swelling in one of my eyes. The nail work was subpar, with uneven lengths and widths, mismatched designs, and neglected cuticles. The overall experience was unsatisfactory, especially considering the high prices and the use of old nail files. I will not be returning.
