Brought my manager here, and she is in love with this place.
Absolutely terrible experience here, they took $180 from me for a pedicure with shellac nails that started chipping after just 5 days. I had to guide them on how to clean up my manicure as there was white paint all over the place from the French tips they did poorly. I used to enjoy coming here, but now they lack effort and respect. Felt discriminated against as an African American, they didn't listen when I expressed my dissatisfaction. The girl doing my nails messed up multiple times and had to redo them. Never going back, wasted almost $200 on my birthday set. They even rushed me out without a receipt when I complained.
The staff at My Nail Spa were incredible. They were so friendly and welcoming. It was the best nail salon experience I've ever had, and I didn't experience any discomfort during the process. They created custom nails for me, beautifully done. Celebrated a friend-aversary with my friend, getting manicures and pedicures, and it was amazing. Highly recommend this place!
