Upon our move to the region, I decided to try out this salon. I'm thrilled I did! They exude warmth and friendliness. I was assigned to anyone available. Fortunately, I struck gold!! Alex felt like a dear friend I hadn't seen in ages. He's exceptional!! His coloring and cutting skills are top-notch, and it's like he can read my mind whenever I crave a change. My time in Kent has been delightful, and one of the things I'll miss most is chatting with Alex. These past 5 years have been wonderful. Who knows, maybe I'll drive a couple of hours just to have him style my hair!!
He is the best!! Back to my roots with highlights framing my face and ends. He absolutely nailed it and I'm smitten.
I am absolutely enamored with the new downtown Kent location! What a transformation!! I've been a loyal customer of Alex for some time now, and he truly understands my style! I appreciate that he offers late appointments, making it convenient for me to get my hair done. The prices are incredibly reasonable compared to many places, so you can't beat that. Plus, when you call, you actually speak to a real person to inquire about services and schedule your appointment instead of relying solely on online booking.
