I visited this salon today hoping to get my eyebrows done by my usual technician, but she was not available. I decided to give another technician a try. Unfortunately, her attitude was quite off-putting. When I requested a simple clean-up without shaping, she completely disregarded my instructions and ended up making my eyebrows too thin. Despite my feedback, she did not acknowledge the mistake and still charged me for the service.

Today, I went to get a henna design done at this salon right before closing time. I offered to go elsewhere, but they accommodated me. The technician seemed dismissive when I showed her a design, insisting that henna tattoos should only be butterflies. She ignored my preferences and spoke in Urdu, which I understand. I even gave a tip out of courtesy for the late appointment. However, the lack of customer service and the disappointing design left me dissatisfied. I would not recommend this place, especially for $15.

The staff here are meticulous when it comes to threading eyebrows. I have been a loyal customer for two years, and my eyebrows always turn out perfectly shaped without being too thin. I am consistently impressed with the attention to detail and the excellent results.
