On my second visit to Samantha, recommended by a friend who's particular about her hair (in the best way possible), I was not disappointed. Samantha is exceptional! She actively listens, asks pertinent questions, and ensures mutual understanding. Her efficiency means a haircut doesn't consume the entire day. In fact, she worked swiftly enough that my 3-year-old could stay engaged nearby, asking questions, cracking jokes, singing songs, without growing restless. Additionally, she was kind to my daughter...an added bonus! I will definitely return. 😀
