Unfortunately, her attitude was quite off-putting. When I requested a simple clean-up without shaping, she completely disregarded my instructions and ended up making my eyebrows too thin. Hali was the absolute best! I would recommend them to anyone for any type of piercing! I got a septum piercing and was nervous it would hurt quite a bit but it was so quick and easy. Hali did an amazing job explaining everything -- from selecting which jewelry to start with to the actual piercing.
