Regrettably, this will be my final visit to this salon. While it's conveniently located for me, each visit leaves me more stressed than when I arrived. Taylor rushes through the process, resulting in a messy outcome. I have stray glitter where it shouldn't be, and the clear coat is already chipped. The unevenness is so noticeable it's almost comical. Despite making an appointment and clearly expressing my desire for a specific design, I felt rushed and undervalued. For the price I paid, $115, this level of service is unacceptable. I am thoroughly disappointed.
Alexis did an absolutely stunning job on my nails. I couldn't be happier with the result. Despite some negative reviews, I took a chance, and she truly delivered! The prices are a bit steep, which is the only reason I'm not giving a perfect rating.
I adore the nail art at this salon! I've been a loyal customer for the past couple of years, and I've never been let down. The nail technicians here truly excel at their craft. They always manage to replicate my desired design perfectly or even exceed my expectations with their creativity! Additionally, the staff members are incredibly warm and engaging, making each visit a pleasant experience. Establishing a rapport with your nail artist is so important, as it ensures they understand your preferences. A big shoutout to Alex and Taylor for their exceptional work. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails!
