I was rather dissatisfied with my haircut. Additionally, the management was very impolite when I phoned in my complaint. They essentially blamed me for the uneven cut and one side appearing as if it was done with a blender. Without even offering to see the cut, they brushed off my concerns. Upon requesting a refund, I was initially only offered 50% until I insisted on a full reimbursement. This was my second time visiting this establishment. The first visit was delightful, as I received a fantastic haircut, which prompted my return. 😥
My daughter and I opted for this spot for our pedicure session! We had an amazing time! The ladies were so kind and gentle with our feet! We will definitely be returning!
This establishment is not one I would recommend unless Taylor is the one providing the services. The proprietor is exceedingly rude, self-absorbed, and judgmental. Despite patronizing this place for years solely for Taylor, I have witnessed and overheard the owner making derogatory remarks to customers and her staff that greatly disturb me. She treats her employees with extreme disrespect, as if they are her servants. The atmosphere is far from family-friendly; I have heard her speak very poorly about children. As a mother of four, hearing her comments is extremely unsettling. Witnessing her belittle her employees as if they are insignificant is appalling. I am genuinely shocked that this establishment is still operational. Highly unprofessional!! If you plan to visit, be sure to specifically request Taylor; if she is unavailable, it would be best to seek services elsewhere.
