Regrettably, this will be my final visit to this salon. While it's conveniently located for me, each visit leaves me more stressed than when I arrived. Taylor rushes through the process, resulting in a messy outcome. I have stray glitter where it shouldn't be, and the clear coat is already chipped. The unevenness is so noticeable it's almost comical. Despite making an appointment and clearly expressing my desire for a specific design, I felt rushed and undervalued. For the price I paid, $115, this level of service is unacceptable.
