Danielle is absolutely fantastic!! She’s one of the kindest, funniest, and most genuine individuals I know!! She pays attention to your desires and exceeds expectations!! She provided me with guidance and was truthful about what would be beneficial for my hair and what would look great too! She works quickly and efficiently! She's a true superstar both in and out of the salon! I'm so grateful to have found a hairstylist who can truly help me achieve the results I aspire for with my hair!! I had eyelash extensions done at this salon and initially, I was pleased with them... However, over time I noticed that my lashes were not naturally falling out, they were uncomfortable, and I was dissatisfied with their appearance by the end of the appointment (the lash technician did offer me a free touch-up after I expressed my dissatisfaction with the outcome). I would schedule a 2-week touch-up and finish my appointment in 30 minutes (usually 1 hour) or I would schedule a mini touch-up and be done in 10 minutes (usually 30 minutes). I did enjoy chatting with the lash technician but that doesn't excuse subpar technique. Having 6 lashes attached to one fan is not acceptable (see attached image). I also had a negative experience during check-in at the salon. Almost everyone seemed annoyed when I checked in for my appointment and would dismiss me with an eye-roll, very unprofessional.
Danielle did an exceptional job. It was my son's first haircut ever but she made us feel at ease and welcomed. She and my son now have a lovely special bond.
