Oh wow, what an incredible experience from beginning to end. The team here is truly exceptional and skilled! The individual who performed my dip manicure understood my preferences perfectly, keeping my nails long and natural-looking (I dislike thick nails.. they did an amazing job). The person who did my pedicure left my nails and feet looking flawless. I am eagerly anticipating my next visit here! They do accept walk-ins but it's recommended to call ahead to check availability, which I did and I was in and out promptly. Such a hidden gem!
I experimented with dip polish for the first time and absolutely adored it. Every person there was incredibly friendly. I design and install traffic signs at work, and not a single nail has broken in the past two weeks.
I informed Riley that she was cutting too much of my skin and causing pain, I would prefer just the nail file and pumice stone as I have a low pain tolerance. After getting a pedicure and attempting to relax following the cuticle work, the outcome was decent with French tips, although the lines are a bit thick. The salon was clean. I don't believe it was solely a language barrier issue because I communicated my discomfort multiple times, expressing pain and gesturing towards the tools, yet she continued with what she wanted. I may consider giving them another try with a different technician. The paint on the big toes is smudged where it was wiped in the wrong direction.
