During my recent visit, I was searching for permanent hair color. I considered trying Chi, but noticed it had a short shelf life of 3 months, so I stuck with my trusted Wella. There was a sign for a "toner bundle" deal, but the staff seemed unaware of it. Luckily, I had a $10 coupon to use. They were also out of bags, despite having plenty on display. Nonetheless, I'm grateful my items were in stock. Thanks, Sallys!
I phoned to check on an item's availability today. A woman confirmed they had it, asked me to wait, then proceeded to serve 3 customers and chat with someone in the store without ever returning to the call. After multiple attempts, I gave up and called back, only to receive a busy signal. Very unprofessional behavior.
The staff here was so helpful when I needed to return some items. The transaction went smoothly without any issues!
