This salon has been my go-to for nail services for about a year. However, during my last visit, I was introduced to a new technique called GEL X, which I was assured I would "love" and find "better." While the result was thin and looked nice initially, I inquired about its durability and was promised it would last. Unfortunately, just 5 days later, one of the nails broke and the gel started peeling off. I don't believe it justifies the high price of over $70. I've tried other nail techniques with different methods that lasted longer. I would advise against opting for this technique if you engage in regular household activities and expect your nails to last at least a week or longer.
I've been a loyal customer here for around two years and have never had a negative experience, even on busy days or close to closing time. I usually get Dip nails and a pedicure, but today I opted for just my nails. I had Emily as my technician and presented her with a bold design idea, and she absolutely nailed it!! Every visit has been great, but today my nails are the most beautiful they've ever been!!! Emily truly outdid herself with this design!!!
I asked for a Coffin-style gel manicure with black polish, red sparkles, and custom black & white designs. I also had a pedicure, callus removal, and nail polish change. Mai is a true nail artist, she perfectly executed the design I wanted! Ken did a fantastic job on my pedicure, transforming my neglected feet into princess feet effortlessly. Both of them were amazing, the salon had a lovely atmosphere, was impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The entire staff was exceptional.
