This salon has been my go-to for nail services for about a year. However, during my last visit, I was introduced to a new technique called GEL X, which I was assured I would "love" and find "better." While the result was thin and looked nice initially, I inquired about its durability and was promised it would last. Unfortunately, just 5 days later, one of the nails broke and the gel started peeling off. I don't believe it justifies the high price of over $70. I've tried other nail techniques with different methods that lasted longer. $70 seemed excessive for nails that barely lasted a week. The acrylic application caused a burning sensation, and the customer service was just average. My nails are now overgrown, and I wasn't impressed with the outcome.
