I ceased patronizing them in 2019 due to consistently being overcharged. After a few years, I decided to give them another chance as they are a local establishment, and I am a staunch supporter of local businesses. I explicitly inquired about the pricing before confirming my appointment, but upon arrival, they quoted me an additional $45. When I asked for clarification before the service, the technician became flustered and mentioned a special lash cleaning that I did not request. Feeling uncomfortable, I decided to leave. Despite her attempts to prevent me from exiting, I asserted that I would involve the local authorities if necessary. It is regrettable, but I will opt to travel out of town rather than engage with this deceitful business that, in the past, overcharged me and this time attempted to justify an extra $45 for an unrequested service.
