This is a fantastic spot to visit. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and have recommended them to everyone I know. I always leave feeling thrilled with the results, and so do all the people I have sent their way! The staff is attentive and friendly. They truly are the top hair stylists in Los Angeles!
This is the absolute worst place to get a haircut. I strongly advise against even considering going here. I requested a simple U-cut with a few layers in the front, and now I have a mess of layers at the back of my head. I am incredibly disappointed with this establishment. To top it off, they charged me $55 just for the haircut, but if I wanted a blow-dry as well, the total would be $65. This pricing makes no sense. Furthermore, once they realized I had thick hair, they attempted to charge me more, admitting they had made an error in the initial quote. Utterly unprofessional. The first thing they did was inquire about the shampoo I used and immediately began pushing their "professional" products on me. Perhaps this is their standard business practice, but during the haircut, not a single word was said about how I wanted it styled. The blow-dry was a disaster. I deeply regret setting foot in that establishment. AVOID this place at all costs. It was a grave error to walk through their doors.
