The establishment and its employees at this particular location are top-notch. Despite being a fast-food joint, the quality of the offerings is impressive. The variety of menu items, ranging from sandwiches to salads to pizza, makes it easy to cater to different preferences.
Fresh and tasty food served by a welcoming staff. The premises are well-maintained, including the restrooms. While the food is generally fresh, I do have some concerns about the duration certain items are left out during the day. Despite that, I've rarely experienced delays in placing my order here. My only gripe is that getting a napkin can be a bit of a hassle as you need to request one.
The subway system in our region was recently acquired. All the previous workers were let go and replaced by new hires, many of whom are related to the new management. The food quality has noticeably declined, with a lack of meat and an abundance of vegetables. To top it off, they were even out of chocolate cookies during peak lunch hours. I definitely won't be returning.
