I used to adore visiting this place, but not anymore. During my last visit, I waited for 10 minutes and shelled out 10 dollars only to receive a lukewarm, overly sweet mess that I ended up tossing. The person at the cash register still seems clueless about operating it and takes forever to prepare a simple drink without even washing their hands, despite the store being empty. They still insist on asking for your name, even though the era of covid precautions is behind us, making it completely unnecessary. I'm not sure if they've switched to lower-quality ingredients or if their standards have just plummeted that much, but I left feeling extremely let down. Had a fantastic first-time grooming experience here. My small 10lbs terrier mix was in desperate need of grooming as my previous groomer was unavailable. The groomer spent quality time with Theo, resulting in a soft and less shedding coat. The prices were fair and more affordable than other options. The person I spoke to informed me that they couldn't ship the set for the $9.99 shipping fee quoted online and that my order had been neglected. He should have reached out to me earlier. Additionally, he mentioned that the item I ordered was likely out of stock. He said he would verify and call me back. Shortly after, I received an email notifying me of a refund, but no phone call followed. I will now be attending my grandson's birthday without his main gift because I found the item on another site, but it won't arrive on time.
