A truly lovely salon that accommodated my failure to schedule an appointment. The ambiance was delightful, with very soothing music. My nail technician did a splendid job and was remarkably gentle throughout the process. I will certainly return.

This was my premier time getting lash extensions done with a referral for Teen from a comrade. Her service was exceptional and she was exceedingly amiable. I opted for a timeless appearance with medium length and i couldn't have been more content! I genuinely endorse Teen for your lashes. Once more, she was absolutely extraordinary! Thank you Teen! I visited this spot in 2022/23 around 4-5x and for the most part, didn't face an issue. It wasn’t top-notch, but satisfactory as it was close by. The last 2x I encountered a VERY unpleasant ordeal. The individuals handling my manicure and pedicure were remarkably impolite and hurried. Especially the individual doing my pedicure persistently and angrily shifted my legs as they weren't precisely where she desired. I was attempting to cooperate with her and genuinely not moving after she repositioned them. I kept stating I'm uncertain what you want me to do? You keep relocating my legs and feet repeatedly, despite me staying put. She persistently and angrily adjusted them as if I wasn't complying. She did this over a dozen times. She wore a scowl and began openly conversing about me to the other staff in Vietnamese while glancing at her watch. The pedicure felt extremely rushed and was executed in a very erratic manner, making it a thoroughly unpleasant experience. This was highly distressing as I am a mother and seldom have the opportunity to indulge in such activities. The water was excessively hot, and even after she adjusted it, it remained scalding, but I endured it. When selecting my nail polish color, I was barely given any time to make a choice. Lastly, the individual doing my manicure commenced it midway through my pedicure, hindering any chance of relaxation. She also kept tugging my hand towards her. I tried to sit there, shut my eyes and unwind with the massage chair or engage in a game on my phone. I informed her multiple times to please not perform my manicure concurrently with my pedicure as I couldn't relax. They seemed irritated by this, and eventually, I persuaded her to halt and wait until I finished my delightful pedicure. The outcome on my toes was passable, but the manicure was messy and uneven, as she didn't dedicate enough time to properly tend to my cuticles or file my nails on the top and sides. In the end, I regretted tipping because I find it challenging not to, but I will never return there again, and I strongly advise you against it as well!
